- Order & Confirmation
- Your order is confirmed once you receive a notification in the app or by email.
- Preparation Time
- We provide an estimated preparation time. Actual times may vary depending on order volume or traffic.
- Pickup & Delivery
- For pickup: please arrive within the indicated time slot.
- For delivery: we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but exact arrival times may differ.
- Payment
- Payment options: cash, mobile money, or online (Stripe/PayPal/iDEAL).
- Prepaid orders are valid only once payment is confirmed.
- Cancellation & Changes
- Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement.
- After preparation has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Products & Availability
